Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our facility. Domestic standard transit is 2–4 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. Free shipping applies above the threshold displayed in the cart.
Cold-chain handling
Prefilled pens are packed in insulated mailers with gel ice for cold-chain transit. Refrigerate immediately upon receipt at 2–8 °C; do not freeze.
International orders
International shipping is available to select countries where research peptides are legal to receive. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs delays.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products, returns are accepted only on unopened, unused pens within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect shipments will be replaced or refunded at our discretion — contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt.
